Shipping and Delivery Policy
OurBix uses both local Maldives third parties and other countries third parties item or service holders to provide for all orders from OurBix. Therefore OurBix can and only will provide a service as these other parties provide for OurBix. By using OurBix you agree that you understand and accept this. Most of the time international deliveries will be made within 10 to 15 days but delivery will be outlined at checkout which is subject to the shipping method selected by the customer and the time duration may vary a little as transportation is subject to international transportation services delays.
Shipping and Delivery will be done through sea transport and/or air mail and locally through land and sea transports. You agree to always include notice at checkout if you are buying a sensitive or fragile item.
All Digital Downloads will be sent through email addresses to your given mail address. If you wish to get a CD you will have to pay more for it and include notice at checkout.
No deliveries will be made to P.O Boxes.
OurBix has the right to change shipping and delivery costs with the market rate changes as needed by OurBix. These changes will be seen on site as we change them in real time.
Receiving and Reviewing:
All our customers have up to 48 hours time to review their product(s) for satisfaction after receiving them, whichever timeframe they have chosen by selecting shipping options when ordering. All our customers have the right to ask for a refund if they are not satisfied within this period. All our customers complaints will be accepted and dealt while keeping in mind that customer is more important than anything else.
Tracking Shipments and Deliveries
Tracking of ordered items can be seen if or when we update your order with the tracking number if we get a number from our providers. If we do get a tracking number we may send it to you by mail. If there is a delay without a tracking number, we will do our best to resolve the issue by contacting our providers and finding out the reasons.
Signature or buyer identification is necessary when deliveries are accepted by the buyers resident place. OurBix users agree that they (not OurBix) is responsible for items and losses after item has been taken from us by users resident place by anyone. We will always try our best to deliver to the user but due to time restraints and workload, we can and may deliver to the users resident place and not to the person directly.
Shipping Rates and Times
OurBix has the right to determine the shipping rates for each product depending on the market rates. We will try our level best to always keep our service rates close to or lower than any other party in this business industry.
All deliveries will be made from 16:30hrs to 23:00hrs each day Nationally. International delivery time and methods may vary.

Varies with transportation services. Will always try to deliver the item in acceptable timeframe. Items will be delivered through sea and air transportation always through Maldives Postal Services. Do let us know your chosen method of delivery otherwise we will deliver as we feel appropriate.

Restrictions
Almost all items can be shipped to most of the countries. As our posting system has not updated this information to internationally acceptable standards, we cannot provide the few countries names to where we cannot ship. Some services may not be provided outside of Maldives. Items will not be delivered to places like prisons if we know that beforehand.
Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from OurBix, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.
Customs authorities may require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from OurBix, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the Maldives may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages may be undeliverable. When this happens, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges) after we deem that we do have to give a refund.
We are unable to re-ship orders that are undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our websites.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Returns:
Return shipping costs have to be paid by buyer. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary. OurBix will do its best to keep OurBix users from loosing cash needlessly by communicating effectively with other parties essential for providing services.

Cancellations
OurBix Customers have the right to cancel thier orders within 7 days of placement of their orders. Customers do not need to give a reason within these seven days at all for the cancellation of order(s). If customers have already paid for the orders, those orders that get cancelled within the seven days will get the full refund of what they have paid to OurBix. Buyers are obligated to return item(s) that were cancelled, should they have already been shipped by OURBIX and if and only if they receive those items. Return shipping for these items will be covered by OURBIX. Do contact us to let us know if you receive a cancelled item.
